Refund Policy for the Canada Africa Trade and Investment Expo

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we aim to provide a fair and transparent refund process. Please review the following refund policy carefully:

1. Registration Fees

Refunds for registration fees will be granted under the following conditions:

Cancellation before May 15, 2025: A 75% refund will be issued
Cancellation between May 16 and June 15, 2025: A 50% refund will be issued.
Cancellation after June 15, 2025: No refunds will be granted.
 

2. Sponsorship and Exhibitor Fees

Refunds for sponsorship and exhibitor fees are subject to the following conditions:

Cancellation before May 15, 2025: 70% of the sponsorship or exhibitor fee will be refunded, minus administrative charges.
Cancellation between May 16 and June 15, 2025: 40% of the sponsorship or exhibitor fee will be refunded.
Cancellation after June 15, 2025: No refunds will be granted.
 

3. Force Majeure Clause

In the event the Expo is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), participants will be offered the following options:

A full credit towards participation in the rescheduled event or a future event organized by us.
A partial refund (determined based on incurred costs up to the date of cancellation).
 

4. Substitution Policy

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another participant by notifying us in writing no later than July 10, 2025. Substitutions after this date will not be permitted.

5. Refund Request Procedure

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Expo Organizing Committee at expo@gconsultingisl.com, gconsultisl.com/webmail. Please include:

Name and contact details of the registered participant
Payment receipt or proof of registration
Reason for cancellation

Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of approval.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable:

Administrative fees and processing charges
Any additional services or materials purchased outside of registration fees
